Welcome to Managefy. This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs the terms under which Managefy provides refunds and accepts cancellations for its Software as a Service (SaaS)-based product.
Managefy does not offer refunds for its SaaS-based product. Due to the nature of our Software as a Service model, we do not provide any return options. Our services are designed to be accessible on a subscription basis, allowing users to benefit from continuous updates, improvements, and ongoing support. We encourage users to thoroughly evaluate our product, take advantage of any trial periods or demos available, and reach out to our support team with any questions before making a commitment.
Users can cancel their Managefy SaaS software subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. However, it's important to note that the account will remain active until the end of the current paid period. Managefy does not offer pro-rated refunds for the remaining unused days of the subscription after cancellation. We recommend users to consider their subscription period carefully and initiate cancellations in a timely manner to align with their billing cycle.
